Gerhard Family Tradition
The Gerhard family has been providing "Service with Integrity Since 1927" when Hugh F. Gerhard founded the family real estate company. Robert C. Gerhard, Sr. attended the Dickinson School of Law, but decided to pursue a career in real estate rather than practice law. Robert C. Gerhard, Jr. graduated from Temple University School of Law and started the law practice in 1978 having first served for many years in the beginning of his career with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Robert C. Gerhard, III attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA and the Villanova University School of Law for a tax law degree and joined the firm in 1996. Robert C. Gerhard, III has dedicated his career to the specialized practice of elder law. Today the tradition of "Service with Integrity" continues to the fourth generation of the Gerhard family.

Robert C. Gerhard, III
Robert C. Gerhard, III specializes in elder law and devotes his law practice exclusively to elder law matters, emphasizing Medicaid law and asset protection for families facing nursing home situations. He is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (CELA) and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Read more here
Robert C. Gerhard, Jr. (Retired)
Robert C. Gerhard, Jr. practiced estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and real estate since being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1975. Attorney Gerhard earned his law degree from Temple University’s School of Law. He served as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office from 1976-1988. Robert C. Gerhard, Jr. retired in July of 2017.
Aimee Powell Gerhard
Aimee Powell Gerhard limits her practice to elder law matters and estate and trust administration. Aimee graduated from the Dickinson School of Law, and is a member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.
